A Medieval silver finger ring dating to c.1450. It was discovered on the Isle of Wight where it was lost around 600 years ago. The ring was a precious gift of unending love, the band engraved in Gothic blackletter script “Sans De Partie” or “Never To Part”, between the script is decoration of floral sprays and a saltire initial mark.
A few stress marks or splits to band, straigtened post discovery.
Recorded with PAS in 2015/16.
