Obv: IMP C M AVR PROBVS P F AVG, Helmeted and cuirassed bust left holding spear and shield. Rev: PAX AVGVSTI, Pax standing left holding olive branch and transverse scepter, T in right field, XXI in exergue.

 

Provenance: Ex A Royal Berkshire Collection. Purchased at Reading Coin Club, 1978. With old collection envelope.

 

A well struck and attractive piece in great style, eye catching details and much eye appeal in the hand. A rich brown tone.
