Obv: Bust of Elagabalus. Rev: Felicitas, draped, standing left, holding caduceus in right hand and cornucopiae in left hand.
 
A very wearable and eye catching piece, the coin mounted in the 19th century, c.1870. Some light overall wear due to age, a few nicks and a small scrape to the metal. The suspention loop slightly open, but could be secured to be worn with a chain.
