Postage

UK postage, packaging and handling is a flat fee of £5. Multiple purchases are combined at checkout.

Royal Mail First Class Signed For service for sales under £50 or Special Delivery for higher value items at £50 or above. If any other service is required, then we are always very pleased to accommodate where possible. Dispatch for any item will be within three working days of the purchase date.

Worldwide postage cost is a flat rate of £15, with the exception of items with a greater weight, larger or items requiring additional packaging. The postage rate is shown at checkout. Most countries accept a Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For service, otherwise if only one option is available the Royal Mail Tracked service is used. Please contact us in the first instance with any queries.

Returns

Any item may be returned to us for a refund within 14 days of delivery. The item must be received back to us in the exact condition in that it was originally sent by us, otherwise a refund will not be possible. If the item returned is on the basis other than an error in description or images, the refund will be processed deducting original postage cost and any administrative fees (such as Paypal fees) incurred during the original purchase. Return postage will be paid by the purchaser via a tracked service, any loss in transit would be the senders (ie buyers) responsibility in claiming for any loss with the postal service. Before returning the item, please request the correct return address, we request items are not returned without any notification.

Import Charges

For all overseas buyers, please be aware of your own countries import duties and tax obligations. All items dispatched by us will display the correct export details including the purchase price. We do not collect any duties due at the checkout if purchased via this website.

Export Licenses

For any item purchased which is known to be an archaeological find will require an export license to be exported from the UK. This can be obtained by us and will be included with the sale of the item. This process can take approximately four to six weeks, however we are pleased to hold items for this period whilst a license is to be obtained. If you have any questions regarding this, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
