Obv: Laureate head of Apollo right, thunderbolt below truncation. Rev: Jupiter in quadriga right.
 
Crawford does suggest that ‘GAR’ is the orator C. Gargonius of Cicero; ‘VER’ may be referring to the tribune M. Vergilius or M. Verginius. Elsewhere ‘OGVL’ is otherwise referred to as Ogulnius.
 
A nice example, with a grey and mottled tone, darker in parts, some old surface marks and scuffs.
