Certainly one of the most impressive medals produced during the 19th century, not purely just because of size but also displaying a beautiful portrait of Queen Victoria.
 
Obv: Diademed head of Queen Victoria profile left with a list of the sixteen members of Russell's administration with their positions. Rev: Fifty line inscription giving the list of members.
